Isgrig Consulting has established itself as a valued business partner.  We build  the essential strategic, financial, operational and management foundations necessary to allow our clients to successfully grow.​  


     An accomplished management professional and CPA, Cyndi’s career progression has created a broad based foundation of business knowledge obtained through management positions in Accounting and  Finance, Business Operations and Organizational Structuring and Marketing in various large corporations.   This has been the foundation for her business acumen in assisting her clients who are expanding their current business, creating new lines of business, or starting a new venture.  
     Cyndi began her career with Coopers & Lybrand and later obtained Fortune 500 business experience while working with Household International. While at Household, she was hand picked to participate in an elite 2 year management training program to develop future executives and subsequently was a key member of a  successful new business unit. 
     Cyndi has managed the organization and reorganization of many businesses throughout her vast experience. In the wireless sector, as Director of Business Support at AirTouch Cellular, she reorganized the call center to create a customer based infrastructure. This entailed creating an employee matrix to assess the skill sets and training of approximately 500 employees to determine the proper placement in the new infrastructure. She managed the creation of the technology, employee training program and employee career progression to accompany the new structure.      
     As a consultant, Cyndi has managed every aspect of the start up of companies and business units from initial risk assessment/benefit through complex details of entity creation/corporate infrastructure and capital financing. At AT&T Wireless she developed the overall strategy, defined goals and created the business model to define and grow the segment of the Youth Market. At a Real Estate Development Client, she managed the acquisition of $215MM of Affordable Housing Properties - a complex financing transaction requiring the leadership of teams comprised of Financial Professionals, Lenders, Investment Bankers, Attorneys and Governmental Agencies.
      Cyndi has established a proven track record of preparing her clients for growth by developing the necessary accounting, internal processes and the organizational and operational infrastructure necessary to obtain external financing, audits, partnerships and new customer relationships.
